Re-engagement Survey

As one of our valued stakeholders in the NHS South West Leadership Academy, we would like to invite you to participate in a short survey aimed at gathering your insights and input into our future leadership development opportunities as the NHS Covid-19 response integrates with business as usual.

We are keen to hear how the past few months have been for you and also how you see your development priorities as an NHS leader in the coming months.  The survey is relatively short and has been tailored to the relationship you hold with us and the perspectives you bring.  There are a total of 30 questions, with a mixture of ratings and free text – this should not take longer than 15 minutes.

You can be assured your responses will be treated in confidence. We will use the themes emerging from the survey to inform the design and delivery of our future development opportunities. We hope to share the high level themes in the next edition of our Outlook Newsletter.

We would like to include as many diverse voices and perspectives as possible in this survey, I would encourage you to forward this survey to your colleagues, including those colleagues who may not have participated in a previous South West Leadership Academy programme.

The survey will be open until Monday 27th July at 17.00.
