Supporting others with resilience and recovery

Do you have an interest in supporting individuals, organisations and systems with their wellbeing, recovery and renewal?

Are you committed to applying and sharing your learning with your peers, network and organisation?

If the answer is ‘yes’ to the questions above then we’d love for you to take note of this development opportunity.

Working closely with We Are Lightbox, we’re offering a four-part series of development for a cohort of up to 30 participants. This series is designed to develop current coaching and mentoring practices to empower others to reflect on their personal management of crisis, lessons learnt and how they might replicate successes in the pursuit of recovery and regeneration.

Although a coaching and/or mentoring certification is not essential to attend this development, it would be preferable to have a coaching/mentoring-style approach to how you lead and interact with others, or a keen interest in developing this skill in others.

Each session in the series will be for 3 hours starting on the 21st May and ending on the 5th July. Details on the series can be found below; attendance for all dates will be required.
