Resilience: Your Mindset; Your Choice

Thursday 5th September

Resilience: Your Mindset; Your Choice

Venue: Taunton Rugby Club, TA2 8BU

‘Resilience: Your Mindset; Your Choice’ is a practical, challenging and empowering mindset workshop developed around a new psychotherapeutic model of change, based on our ‘ABLE’ model.

The workshop helps people understand that they are ABLE to create a resilient mindset, that it is a choice whether or not to be to be resilient, and that it is their mindset approach to a situation – not the situation itself – which determines whether they are resilient.

Target Audience

This workshop is targeted at senior leaders who are interested in resilience within themselves and their organisation. Attendance will help individuals remove thinking blocks so they can understand their current situation and responsibility for being in it so they are able to make new and more resourceful choices.

In enabling staff to be more compassionate to themselves and others, and therefore able to work more efficiently and cooperatively, the model can also be used to support staff in anticipation of, or through, difficult times, with sessions tailored to circumstances as well as staff groups.

In terms of impact, after just the 3-hour session an average of around 98% of delegates report an immediate positive impact on issues such as self-awareness, positivity and self-compassion, and post-session evidence of its long-term benefits to delegates has led to the commencement of a longitudinal study of its impact and benefits to the NHS.

Workshop sessions

Please note this is a 3 -hour workshop which will be repeated. The first session will take place in the morning and the second in the afternoon, you will only need to register for one session.
