System Leadership emphasises particular leadership qualities required to effectively work across boundaries, to work with diverse groups of people, patients and staff. Working in a system and at the same time acting as a change agent within that system to improve its overall performance.
The Pacesetter series is a ‘follow on’ series providing greater depth on key areas of the Systems agenda; and one of two complementary development programmes designed to aid the development of critical systems leadership skills.
A three module programme (made up of 1 day Masterclasses) consisting of:
- Leadership Narratives to create Transformational Cultures – The personal impact of leaders and defining a vision and creating compelling narratives.
- Creativity & Innovation for Specific System Challenges – Addressing themes around specific group, organisational or system challenges which need a burst of creativity
- Influencing & Negotiation – Achieving win-win outcomes and maintaining good will in dealings with others in a Systems context.
These master classes are conducive to a cohort based approach or modular attendance.
