Getting Started with Coaching Outdoors

Delivered virtually via Zoom

Are you a line manager who would like to have one to one conversations with your team outdoors? Or a coach who would like to work with clients outside?  Then this is for you.

It is now widely acknowledged that a connection to the natural world enhances our physical and psychological wellbeing.  Businesses are recognising the efficient benefits for their leaders of simultaneously improving wellbeing while developing through coaching.

In a natural setting both client and coach find a sense of deeper awareness, creativity in solutions and accelerated progress compared to an office environment.

While this programme won’t give you the skills and experience to become a coach it will support you with taking your developmental conversations outdoors.

This programme will be held over two weeks 19th – 30th July, this includes three 1 hour Zoom sessions to enable you to share your learning through the content and practical work over the programme. Our virtual programme can be accessed flexibly from home and will enable you to confidently take your coaching conversations outside. The learning time commitment is being able to take a walk most days and spend around 30 minutes reading & writing.
