Venue: Sandy Park, Exeter
On Thursday 19th March we are bringing our health and social care leaders together at Sandy Park, Exeter for our annual stakeholder event – LEADERSHIP PRIDE – and we invite you to join us.
We will explore pride in leadership through our programmes and individual’s leadership journeys. We will look at the challenges leaders face, the change they can make happen and the pride they have from being a leader, which is self-sustaining. We will also focus on the creation of pride in the organisation and system culture by leaders; nurturing an environment of learning, ownership, encouragement and compassion.
There will be opportunities to reflect on what connects leaders to the people that they serve and how this leadership leads to better patient care, experience and outcomes.
The keynote speakers promise to be thought provoking and inspirational, providing perspectives on pride in Leadership. On the day we will hear from Dr Kate Allatt – International Author, Mike Martin – Art of Brilliance, Ann James – Chief Executive, University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust and Christina Quinn – Director, NHS South West Leadership Academy. The variety of available workshops, each one delivered by carefully selected speakers on a range of subjects, will enable you to tailor your agenda for the day to meet your own interests.
With more special guest speakers to come – please keep an eye on the website for more information.
