Venue: Woodlands Castle, Taunton
The programme is being designed with a number of key principles:
- We will focus on the practical and pragmatic. We’ll provide a practical methodology which will allow individuals to ground themselves in the OD consultant mind set and build their toolkit to deliver. Whilst it won’t make participants OD experts, it will allow them to understand and navigate the complex change and OD agendas they are facing.
- We will bring expertise and so will participants in the room. This is a strength and we will work with the group to build on and share that experience.
- We will work with participants on how they see their role, and how they can best impact on the system within their context, helping them to develop a change and OD consultant ‘mind-set’.
- The programme will be grounded in the participants’ real challenges and issues and provide practical support for them to address the agendas they are delivering.
