Emerging Talent in Organisational Development Programme (Consulting Skills – measuring impact workshop)

Programme aims and objectives:

  • To develop a pipeline of OD Talent across the South West
  • To build capability in OD practice
  • To recognise emerging talent in OD, nurture and support
  • To build a succession plan for the existing OD Network
Participants will leave with:
  • Increased confidence and impact as an OD and change practitioner
  • Greater awareness of their own relationship to/with change
  • Greater understanding of the relationship between OD and change practice
  • Broader knowledge of the history and field of OD practice, and its relationship to/with change practice
  • A number of new tools, skills and approaches to diagnosing and intervening effectively in organisational systems
  • Greater awareness of the body of knowledge they can access, both in terms of other resources, and within the community of practice within your organisation
