Working with our partner Catalyst 14, we have commissioned the design of this programme to equip Chief Executives to become effective transformational coaches, providing the opportunity to gain practical experience of coaching Senior leaders whilst working towards the internationally recognised ILM level 7 accreditation in Coaching and Mentoring.
This 6-day highly experiential programme will introduce you to the background of coaching and the key fields, which have influenced its growth and practice.
