The output from this programme will be that the individual delegates from across the South West region will be able to use their skills internally within their organisations but also continue to practice these skills by facilitating action learning sets as part of South West Leadership Academy development programmes.
A programme of two modules, with a two-day first module, followed by a 6-week gap before a one-day second module requiring participants to apply learning between modules and report back in module two.
