At the South West Leadership Academy we are committed to developing the capacity and capability of coaching and mentoring in the region and our CPD events are designed to support the professional development and practice of our Coaches, Mentors and HLM facilitators.

This 3 hour session focuses on the keys you need to know in order to increase your impact as a coach and support your coaches to get the results they want.
During this highly interactive and practical session we shall be exploring the Art of Coaching in more depth and going beyond the tools and techniques to coach and be coached in a ‘real time’ and authentic way. The emphasis is on stepping away from the process and trusting yourself to follow your instincts and respond to what shows up for you and your coaches – with an emphasis on listening and being present.
