We are commissioning a second cohort of our successful coach accreditation at ILM level 7 for Chief Executives following the outstanding feedback from the first cohort. Participants have said how much the valued the opportunity to develop their coaching practice with peers from across the region whilst also gaining confidence in the tools, techniques and theory of Executive Coaching.
This dedicated development for Chief Executives is a unique opportunity to learn together whilst also experiencing a coaching relationship as a client – building invaluable insights into the power and potential of Coaching and Mentoring.
This 6-day highly experiential programme will introduce you to the background of coaching and the key fields, which have influenced its growth and practice. You will learn the fundamental pillars of great coaching conversations and the critical psychological models that underpin behaviour change. You will explore how to utilise a range of coaching styles and how to effectively use challenge to maximise your impact. You will also develop critical skills for developing an effective coaching programme and contract.

Time commitment – 6 days in total – mixture of face to face, residential and virtual sessions – attendance at all sessions is required to complete the accreditation :
ILM 7 Accreditation:
To achieve the ILM 7 accreditation attendance is required on all modules, completion of 20 hours coaching practice and submission of a portfolio capturing your learning, knowledge and insights as a Coach. Full details of the portfolio are provided during the programme.
