Here at the South West Leadership Academy we understand the importance of providing those with leadership responsibility the opportunity to develop skills in coaching and embedding a coaching style into their leadership and management practice.

Our one day ‘Coaching Skills for Leaders’ programme on Wednesday 31st July, 9.30-16.30 is aimed at leaders of all levels who have an interest in using coaching approaches to engage and support their teams.
The programme is designed to provide a foundation in the practical application of coaching skills in day to day work, focusing on developing the foundation skills of coaching. The content covers a range of topics, enabling participants to be clear on when a coaching style is appropriate and demonstrate personal confidence in their coaching practice.

We anticipate the interest in this offer to be very high and will accept places on a first come, first served basis. If the programme is full we will ask you to express an interest by emailing our Leadership inbox, this will help us to plan subsequent workshops within these areas.

There is no fee to attend this training, by registering you will be signing up to a cancellation charge of £150 for non-attendance unless you notify leadership.SW@leadershipacademy.nhs.uk 10 working days in advance of the event date or your attendance is deputised.
