Master Class Series - New Leadership Practices
We are delighted to share with you a new masterclass series which is being run by Mo Cohen from InterBe. The masterclass series starting in July 2018 will provide leaders at every level an introduction to the most recent thinking about leadership practices.
Being In Action – The Bottom Line of Leading
Wednesday 25 July, Woodlands Castle, Taunton, 9.30 – 16.30
This masterclass will provide delegates with an introduction to the new practices of leadership whilst understanding how the leadership environment has changed – including: pace, complexity, unpredictability. The day will also look at moving from leadership properties and qualities to leaderful practice, transforming inclusivity and engagement.
Reauthoring the Future
Monday 24 September, South West House, Taunton 9.30 – 16.30
Delegates will develop a Future Focus and understand how language, communication and conversations are the bedrock of transformation. The masterclass will get delegates thinking systems - Understanding networks, networks of networks and networks of conversations. Alongside this, the day will look at connectedness, relationships and new ways of thinking about influencing, impact and implementation – enrolment inspiration and completion.
Leading beyond Circumstances
Tuesday 16 October, Woodlands Castle, Taunton 9.30 – 16.30
Leading beyond circumstances will look at how leaders can navigate times of uncertainty, unpredictability, volatility and constant white water. Understanding what resilience really is whilst handling overwhelm, stress, burnout and the impact of compassion and support.
Being in the Zone
Tuesday 27 November Woodlands Castle, Taunton 9.30 – 16.30
Delegates will focus on what new leadership takes – making it happen putting it all into practice, the keys to accomplishment, achievement and peak performance and the influence of leading from potential and possibility which looks at a new approach to talent development. The day will also explore what it takes to be a leader with intention, commitment, integrity and contribution.
Wednesday 12 December Woodlands Castle 9.30 – 16.30
The final masterclass looks at understanding the role of stories and the leader as a storyteller. Alongside this, the day will explore how you can utilise organisations as networks of conversations and the landscapes of mind and of action.
Mo originally trained as a clinical psychologist. He has a BA in Psychology, an MSc in Clinical Psychology and a second Masters degree in Creative Conflict Transformation through the Arts. For 25 years, Mo has worked with organisations to deliver innovative and professionally-rooted leadership development and coaching programmes. His main area of expertise is Organisational and Personal Transformation, with a particular focus on authentic leadership and narrative approaches to communication and conflict transformation.
